Construction Progress Update

Since our last newsletter, we’ve made significant strides on site:

Progress Highlights:

• Structural work advancing across Blocks A-D.
• Basement walls installed and scaffolding underway.

Next Steps:

• Roof construction for Blocks D & B.
• Façade works and continued scaffolding.

Community Updates:

• A new pedestrian crossing will be installed on Church Road for safety.
• The project scored an Excellent 43/45 in the Considerate Constructor Scheme.
