As we step into Winter 2024, there’s plenty happening in our vibrant community. From exciting announcements to community partnerships, here’s what’s new in Tunbridge Wells:

Naming Announcement
The new integrated retirement community in Tunbridge Wells has been named Paramount Place! The name reflects its central location on Mount Pleasant Road. A lucky local resident won a hamper of locally sourced goodies during the naming competition.

Community Connections
Thrive Living is strengthening ties with local organisations through its Community Liaison Group and engaging the wider Tunbridge Wells community. The group will hold its next meeting in early 2024, encouraging local participation.

Trinity Theatre Clocktower Restoration
Thrive Living supported the restoration of Trinity Theatre’s historic clocktower. The clocktower reopens in Spring for visitors to enjoy panoramic views and local heritage. Meanwhile, an interactive kiosk is available for a virtual experience.

Love Where We Live Awards 2024
Thrive Living sponsored the Community Group of the Year award, recognising the Royal Tunbridge Wells Parkrun. This volunteer-led initiative brings the community together for free, weekly 5k runs.

Exciting Developments
The new retirement community is set to open in 2026, offering residents vibrant spaces like a courtyard for community events, including outdoor performances and markets.
