Progress and Next Steps on Site

Construction Progress Update

Since our last newsletter, we’ve made significant strides on site:

• 50% of the ground floor slab has been cast.
• Vertical elements from the ground floor to level 1 are now underway. 
• Drainage work across all blocks is complete.
• Excavations have been fully completed.
• The first pour for Block D, level 1 in the southern part of the site, has been finished.

Upcoming Works

• Ongoing formation of the ground floor for Blocks A and C.
• Continuation of the superstructure works for Block D.
