Construction Progress Update

Exciting changes are underway at the former ABC cinema site as McAleer & Rushe Contracts UK Ltd, working on behalf of Thrive Living by Retirement Villages Group, continue the redevelopment project. The site will feature 167 apartments, retail units, and communal spaces across four residential blocks.

Since our last newsletter, we’ve made significant strides on site:

Progress Highlights:

• Block C: Concrete frame is complete

• Block A: Reached roof level

• Block B & D: Windows fully installed

• Brickwork is coming along nicely across blocks B, C & D

• Internal walls going up in blocks B & D

• Scaffolding nearly complete for Block C

Next Steps:

• Finishing concrete works

• Continuing exterior (façade) work

• Scaffolding Block A

• Interior fit-out inside Block B & D
